Question 1

Are your products really 3D printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every single one. Everything is made on our machines in Stevenage, quality-checked, and packed for dispatch.

Question 2

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Accepted Answer

Most orders dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Larger or more complex items may take a little longer. If there's any delay we'll message you directly.

Question 3

Can I order more than one of something?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. If you need 10, 50 or 100, just add the quantity. For bulk orders over 20 items please get in touch and we can usually discount.

Question 4

Can you print my own design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your STL, 3MF or STEP file via the Custom Orders page and we'll quote you back. If you don't have a file yet, a sketch or a description with dimensions is usually enough for us to work from.

Question 5

Can you change the colour of a listed product?

Accepted Answer

Almost always. We stock around twenty filament colours and can usually match a specific brand colour (e.g. Makita blue, Ryobi green). Mention the colour in the order notes or contact us first.

Question 6

Can you resize a product?

Accepted Answer

If it's a relatively simple change (scaling up or down, making something deeper, etc.), yes. Message us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility and cost.

Question 7

What material are your products made from?

Accepted Answer

Our default material is PLA+, a tougher, longer-lasting grade of PLA that handles everyday use well. For outdoor or heat-exposed items (car parts, anything near a window in summer) we can print in PETG or ASA instead. Just ask.

Question 8

Are your products strong enough for real use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We print at high infill densities and with wall-thickness settings tuned for durability, not speed. Wall mounts have held up Dyson vacuums and Ryobi batteries for years in our own homes.

Question 9

Are 3D prints waterproof?

Accepted Answer

PLA+ is water-resistant but not fully waterproof at seams. For anything intended for prolonged water or outdoor use, we recommend PETG. Let us know and we'll adjust.

Question 10

How do I know a bracket will fit my specific model?

Accepted Answer

Every listing calls out the exact model numbers it's designed for (e.g. 'Shark IZ420UKT'). If yours isn't listed but you think it's close, message us with your model number before ordering and we'll confirm.

Question 11

What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?

Accepted Answer

If we got the fit wrong, we'll reprint or refund, no argument. Just send a photo showing the issue within 14 days of receiving it.

Question 12

Where do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

UK-wide, via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We don't currently ship internationally. If you're outside the UK and really want something, drop us a message and we'll look at options.

Question 13

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel size and weight. Most single items ship for £2.99 to £4.99 UK-wide.

Question 14

What's your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer blanket returns on custom or personalised products. If there's a manufacturing defect, wrong fit, or damage in transit, we'll replace or refund, no quibbles.

Question 15

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

If something breaks in normal use within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it free. Beyond that, get in touch and we're usually happy to help you out.
